Very popular in the 70’s when retro diners were the place to ‘hang’, this is brilliant beverage usually consists of one or more scoops of ice cream dunked into an ice cold glass of coco cola. I really think these creative concoctions should come back in to fashion! . It is definitely coke with a difference! A frothy non-alcoholic, creamy delight - I want one now…Don’t you agree?

Fried Egg Cake anyone? - Well not literally!… This ingenious creation by inventor of blog Mowielicious is in fact cake with a topping made from apricots and vanilla pudding cream.. I know it looks deceiving doesn’t it! Well this is definitely how I would have my eggs this morning :) …..creative recipe heaven right there!

Although the heat wave is quickly disappearing on us… I am still sporting that Summery feeling and what better way to celebrate the summertime than Ice-cream!! Now I am very partial to a classic 99p cone, but I do like to push the boat out and experiment with flavours, colours and combinations as well!! Ice cream is so versatile and aesthetically beautiful - I mean who can really resist the sound of the Ice-cream van whizzing down your road?? So… How do you like yours?
